Personality: Josiah is rather blunt and obsessive in nature. If he can't get what he wants easily he will use whatever means he deems right to retrieve it. He lacks the fight/flight response and will fight to his death if he has to.
Background: Josiah was an outstanding student however in his last year his grades took a turn for the worse. His father was sent to Azkaban unfairly in his eyes. His grades dropped for he stopped obsessing over them and instead trying to find a way to get his father out of Azkaban. Finding out that a certain pair of twins were the daughters of a couple Ministry of Magic employees he began to set up plans to take one hostage and demand a trade his father for their daughter.
He hired someone to keep an eye on them while he remained hidden calculating his move. He also was setting up living quarters for the twin of his choice. In his mind nothing could go wrong. He managed to kidnap Annabelle and hold her for a few months how ever she managed to escape how she did so was beyond him.
A couple more months passed after her escape and he thought he was in the clear. Then one fateful night he heard a knock on his door, thinking nothing of it he opened it to see the current Head Auror standing at his door. His instinct told him to close the door and run out the back what he did not know there were more aurors waiting him there. He was surrounded and had no choice but to surrender.
He was brought in and tried then sent off for a life sentence in Azkaban. What they did not know was he was part of a much larger group the Death Eaters and the only reason he was alive still was he was chained to a wall in Azkaban during the war.
Then on the first day of his sixth month in prison he heard a familiar voice in the shadows. Suddenly he was on the ground and the voice which belonged to Augustus Rookwood Jr. was telling him to move and go through a tunnel where another man was waiting Fenix Kenzing he did not know this man but he was glad to see him.
