When he was eight, his father joined the Ministry with his mother as his father's assistant. They would try to find a caretaker for their children while they were gone yet none of them would stay for more than a week, all muttering about the boy's odd questions of how babies should act and whether or not he would be allowed to punish the child for it's very existence. Evelyn and Marco didn't know how to handle the situation but continued to find caretakers, believing that Antonio was just going through a phase. Maria then began to walk and babble, which irritated Antonio to the point where he took a duct tape, covered his sisters mouth and stabbed the three year old to her death. The caretaker, horrified by the gruesome scene before her, ran away, leaving Antonio to deal with the young corpse. He didn't bother cleaning up other than his hands, nor did he refuse to admit that his sisters death was his doing. He felt that his actions were completely reasonable, so he didn't understand why his parents would dare react in such a way and question him. He got frustrated by their sobs and mortified expressions, explaining what little respect the human showed towards all of them and how he believed they should be proud of what he had done for them. Marco and Evelyn were in complete distraught as they spent days finding a way to change their only child, covering up his murder and putting the blame on the disappeared caretaker. Antonio, realising what they were trying to do, ran away from home in rage of his parents ignorance and lack of ability to see things his way.
He traveled up north to America where he joined gangs and found a deep interest in the human fear and chaos. They sailed to United Kingdom where he learned how to channel his magic, enrolling in Beauxbaton and disappearing from the school before graduation under the name of Marcos Romo, a quiet and calm orphan. His school record is clean but a couple of students and faculty believe to have witnessed him performing Dark Arts. He lived the rest of his life in secrecy, using his magic to manipulate others and keeping himself from not being recognized quickly.
