Collin has always been close to his brother though their differences they have managed to stay close.  When Casey was beaten several times it was always Collin that got in the middle and tried to take the beating for him.  When Casey was knocked out and chained to his room because of his so called disobedience, Collin would go in to check on him and when he was awake Collin would sneak him food.

Once they graduated school they seemed to have lost touch with each other and Collin could not remember the last time he has seen his brother.  Collin had been busy doing odd illegal jobs, and even though he never asked for much his brother did tend to bail him out of trouble quite frequently.
